You're probably thinking we've been ridiculously slow in getting this news to you - but I've been in Portugal for the past week so havent been able to update! Just before myself and Sarah (jomeara.org) headed off to Portugal, Jo gave birth to her son, weighing in at a healthy 7lb 15oz. He was born by Ceasarean Section - all other details will be announced in time so keep an eye out for those. For now we'll just call him 'the little man' until his name becomes public :)

T H U R S - 8 TH M AY2 0 0 8 GENERAL UPDATE

Well I can't actually believe its been 6 weeks since I've updated... and I can only apologise for that. I've been incredibily busy and theres been a bit of bad news we've had to deal with recently so it's just not been a priority for me. Since the last update, I'm sure you were all very aware Jo celebrated her 29th birthday on April 29th, I did send my wishes (incase you thought I forgot!) but just didnt get to post it on here. I have a lovely new design to come within the next few days courtesy of Saara so I'm hoping to get that sorted before I go away. Also we'll be getting another forum sorted in time as the current one has crashed. And finally, you're probably all getting anxious over when Jo's baby is due - seeing as most places stated that she was due in April (they were wrong) - I'm not actually sure whether I can state the exact date but it cant hurt in saying that it's NOT long to go now!

W E D S - 1 9 T H M A R C H 2 0 0 8 INTERVIEW AND SCANS

S U N - 1 6 T H M A R C H 2 0 0 8 HELLO MAGAZINE

We can now let you know that Jo has done a brand new interview and photoshoot that will be featured in next weeks Hello Magazine - the information was confimed by Julie on our Forums. We're told its a beautiful interview and theres some gorgeous new pics too. It's out on Tuesday so go grab yourselves a copy. On a more personal note, I'm aware things arent moving fast on the site due to two reasons - as stated before we're basically now here for information more than anything else (and obviously for exclusives!), and secondly I'm starting a second job next week so will have even less time on my hands than before.

MON - 3 R D M A R C H 2 0 0 8 BINGOLOTTO LAUNCH

Just a little bit of news - Jo and her sister Julie were at the celebrity press launch of the new TV show BingoLotto on Friday night which was held at the Soho Hotel in London. We're told she looked radiant with her (ever-growing) bump and was thrilled to catch up with Bradley and Paul from S Club who were there aswell. There were loads of press there so keep an eye out for some pictures that may pop up in some magazines and newspapers.

MON - 1 8 T H F E B 2 0 0 8 BELLA MAGAZINE - HOT TOPIC

I found an article in an issue of Bella magazine from a couple of weeks back (I posted it on the forums but forgot to add it to the site at the time!) Anyway for those of you who didnt see it here it is... Jo proves there is life after celebrity death We can't believe its a year since Jade Goody, Danielle Lloyd and Jo O'Meara were branded racist bullies after appearing in Celebrity Big Brother. But while Jade still longs to return to TV and Danielle has moved onto yet another footballer boyfriend, Jo has been quietly preparing for motherhood with her long-term partner. Her former housemates might be desperate to be pictured falling out of nightclubs or on yet another holiday, but Jo is proving to be an example to them both when it comes to getting your life back on track and your priorities right. Theres is a brand new section that has been added to the site where you can download videos from the site and add them to your mobile phone. They have already been converted so all you have to do is upload them to your phone! There is also some ringtones to come that will be added as soon as possible. The link for this page can be found on the left hand side under the interactive section. On another note, I've added an exclusive picture of Jo from when she was in 2-4 Family, which you can see on the 2-4 Family page.

T H U R S - 7 T H F E B 2 0 0 8 NEW DESIGN

As you can see we have a brand new design, yet again. Hopefully this one will stick! Anyway hope you like it and I'll be back within a day or two with some more updates.

M O N - 4 T H F E B 2 0 0 8 EXCLUSIVE UNRELEASED LYRICS

Just a quicke - I've added the lyrics Jo's unreleased track 'I Chose You' - it's a beautiful slow song, that as always Jo sings to perfection! You can find those in the Unreleased lyrics section, along with the ones from the unreleased S Club 7 track 'We've Got Each Other' - thanks to Dale for sending those in! Also whilst I'm here I've had a few emails in regards to the proposed charity gig coming up this month organised by Zoe Tyler - save me replying to them all individually, I do not know yet whether Jo will or will not be participating... but as and when I find out it will be up here. The gallery isn't far off from being complete, I've come across some old gems when rumaging through old files so they'll all be back soon. It's about 80% complete so we'll probably just get that up and add to it later. More to come soon :)

T U E S - 2 9 T H J A N 2 0 0 8 GOT TO HAVE YA EXCLUSIVE CLIP

The clip of 'Got To Have Ya' that we had up on the site many years ago is finally back online in the Solid HarmoniE section! Everythings still a bit slow in coming together to get back to how we used to be due to me not having as much time as I used (we can all wish we were 15 again though!) but stick with us - it'll be worth it in the end!

W E D S - 2 3 R D J A N 2 0 0 8 UNRELEASED S CLUB SONG AND GALLERY

Nothing of particular interest here but just letting you know that the gallery is in the process of being re-done (you can currently access it on jomeara.org) I'm not sure whether it will be up bit by bit of just all at once when all the pics have been gathered, although that could take an age as we've obviously collected a lot of them over the past 9 years! Also I was searching through some old stuff earlier and came across a very-early unreleased S Club 7 song called 'We've Got Each Other', which I was a bit confused about as I never even knew it existed. I'll type up the lyrics to it in the next few days aswell as getting some more great updates sorted for you!

S U N - 2 0 T H J A N 2 0 0 8 JO REVEALS PREGNANCY IN MAIL ON SUNDAY INTERVIEW

Jo has done a lovely interview in today's Mail on Sunday newspaper talking about how she found refuge amongst animals after her time in Big Brother. It also states that she's thinking of taking up an invitation to perform at a charity gig next month and also considering an offer to work with none other than Jermaine Jackson himself - which I'm sure we'll all agree is great news. The suprises don't stop there though as if you visit the Mail website you will find a picture of Jo sporting a rather eye-catching bump. She has revealed that she is six months pregnant! "Right now, I'm enjoying being interested in life again. I've learned a lot in the past year. I think the whole experience has made me a better person. I think it was meant to happen – to give me a kick up the backside. "This feels like a fresh start to me – new year, new baby, new purpose. I'm grateful for that." F R I - 18 T H J A N 2 0 0 8 AND WE'RE BACK...

Well, I bet you didnt think it was going to happen but here we are - back again for probably what seems like the hundreth time. There has been plenty of changes to the site as we've relaunched - I have taken down many of the fan-based aspects as we will be concentrating on becoming more of an information resource. Previously we have been known to have been the biggest Jo O'Meara 'fansite' around but this time I'm hoping for it to be seen from a slightly different perspective. I hope you all like it and spend the time searching through all the new bits and bobs. The downloads section is reopen with new additions and there willbe plenty added to it throughout the coming weeks. Although affiliated before, we are now in full partnership with Jo O'Meara Centre, so you may see some similar features and updates throughout both sites - for example the Picture Gallery which we will be sharing. This is basically just to make life easier for myself and Sarah and it allows us to bring you a better all-round experience.
